ShopingX offers multiple packages for merchants to choose from, meeting different scale e-commerce business needs. You can choose the right package and upgrade at any time.

Purchase Process
Step 1: Log in to Admin Panel
Log in to admin panel with your merchant account.
Step 2: Enter Package Management
In the left menu, click [Account Management] -> [Package Management].
Step 3: Select Package
View package details, choose the one that suits you, click [Buy Now].
Step 4: Select Payment Method
Choose payment method (WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank card, etc.) and complete payment.
Step 5: Confirm Activation
After successful payment, the package will be activated automatically. You can view the validity period on the package management page.
Package Upgrade
To upgrade, the system will automatically calculate the price difference. After upgrade, the new package takes effect immediately, and the remaining time of the original package will be proportionally converted.
Notes
- Renewal reminder will be sent 7 days before package expires
- After package expires, store will be suspended and resume after renewal
- Annual packages get 20% discount
- You can upgrade at any time, the difference is calculated by remaining days
FAQ
Will data be lost after package expires?
Data is retained for 30 days after expiration and can be restored after renewal. Data will be cleared if not renewed within 30 days.
Can I downgrade my package?
Downgrade is not supported before expiration. You can choose a lower package when renewing after expiration.
How to get an invoice?
Apply for electronic or paper invoice in [Account Management] -> [Invoice Management].
