ShopingX provides software systems for multi-merchant ecommerce, storefront design, product and order management, payment and logistics setup, analytics, permissions, theme demos, technical support, and related capabilities.

You must provide accurate registration and business information and protect accounts, passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment keys, and backend permissions.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring products, content, campaigns, pricing, inventory, fulfilment, after-sales service, tax, invoicing, consumer protection, and advertising comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

Plan content, pricing, trial periods, renewals, and available resources follow the pricing page, order page, or written agreement between the parties.

Data you submit or generate while using ShopingX does not transfer ownership to us. We process data according to the privacy policy and agreements.

ShopingX software, page designs, code, documents, trademarks, marks, interaction designs, and technical results belong to us or their lawful owners.

We make reasonable efforts to keep services stable and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you violate these terms, platform rules, laws, or create security, fraud, infringement, or overdue payment risks, we may take reasonable restriction or termination measures.

We may update these terms as products, operations, or laws change. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
